Private keys of the wallet created on Hyperbot are stored and encrypted by Turnkey, which was founded by the team that built Coinbase Custody. Only you have access to your private key as it is stored with Turnkey’s verifiably secure enclaves.

After payment, your membership should activate within about 3 minutes. If it doesn’t, please check the following: Make sure you paid the exact required amount in a single transaction. If paying from a centralized exchange, ensure the received amount (your transfer amount deducts any transaction fees) matches the required payment. If paying in $BOT, make sure you complete the payment within the countdown timer. Otherwise, the payment amount will reset. Yes, you can switch to a higher membership tier at any time. Please note: • The system charges the full price for the new tier, without prorating or deducting any remaining time from your current plan; • The new tier’s benefits take effect immediately and replace your current plan’s benefits; • Downgrading to a lower tier is not supported. We recommend choosing your membership tier carefully before switching.

Please follow the steps below: In the "​​Address​​" field: Enter your Hyperliquid wallet address. In the "​​API Wallet Address​​" field: Enter the API address generated in your Hyperliquid account (​​Hyperliquid website - More → API​​). In the "​​API Key​​" field: Enter the secret key generated on the same Hyperliquid API page. ​​Crucial Step:​​ Click the "​​Authorize​​" button at the top of the API key management page.

Please check if you follow the deposit rules: 1️⃣ Confirm if you deposited to the ​​same exclusive deposit address​​ on the "​​Deposit​​" page. 2️⃣ ​​Network & Token Requirements:​​ ​​Hyperliquid wallet​​ ONLY supports ​​USDC on the Arbitrum network (pls DO NOT transfer directly from Hyperliquid address, as it's not on the Arb chain)​​, while Aster wallet​​ ONLY supports ​​USDT on Arbitrum/BNB Chain​​. Please be noted using the wrong network/token may lead to permanent loss of funds. 3️⃣ Minimum deposit is ​​20 USDT​​. The first deposit will automatically deduct ​​1 USDT​​ for gas fees. 4️⃣ Normal processing time is approximately ​​1-20 minutes​​. Please be patient.

Copy trading only replicates new orders from the target wallet. Existing open positions on the target address will not be copied. If new trades are not being copied, please check the following possible reasons: 🔹 ​​Reason 1: Insufficient Opening Amount​​ The system requires at least 100 USDT per trade. If you're using Pro-rata mode and the whale’s position size is very small (e.g., 0.1%), your scaled amount may fall below 100 USDT, causing the copy to fail. 👉 Suggestion: Users with smaller capital should choose "Fixed Amount" mode and set a fixed amount of ≥100 USDT per trade. 🔹 ​​Reason 2: Trading Pair Mismatch​​ The available trading pairs are not identical between Hyperliquid and Aster. If the target wallet trades a token that has no corresponding trading pair on Aster, the system will automatically skip it. 🔹 ​​Reason 3: Low-liquidity protection For tokens or pairs with low liquidity, a protection mechanism is triggered, automatically pausing copy trading to prevent excessive slippage or failed transactions.

If you're receiving alerts for all whale activity, it means monitoring hasn't been limited to your custom address list yet. To receive alerts only for specific wallets: Steps: Log in to the Hyperbot Web version ( https://hyperbot.network ) Find the address you want to track on the Discovery/Whale/Homepage, and click the "Monitor" icon at the upper right corner of the address Or if you've already have the preferred address, just navigate to the Monitor Page and click "Create Monitor" Enter the wallet addresses you want to track, enable "Open TG Notification", and choose track type. You’ll then receive alerts exclusively from @Hyperbotai_bot. Note: Email, wallet, and Telegram logins are linked. Logging in with any method will automatically sync your tracking settings.

Withdrawals are by default sent to the default wallet you created on Hyperbot. You can then export this wallet at any time to view your balance or transfer funds freely. Simply click “Export Private Key” in My Wallets, copy the key, and import it into your OKX or Binance Web3 Wallet. You will then be able to see and manage your assets. If the withdrawal is coming from a Hyperliquid wallet you created on Hyperbot, you may change the withdrawal address as needed.
